Pick which clinic you would like to attend choices are Snowman, Gingerbread House or Christmas Ornaments. Select the number of children you will have in attendance. Then you will be prompted to submit a short on-line registration form to reserve your spot. Limit 10 kids per e-mail address and this is recommended for kids from 1st to 5th grades.
