Target is now offering a flat rate of $4.00 on many generic drugs at its pharmacies.  Wal-Mart recently launched their new $4 flat rate pricing about a month ago and Target has followed suit.  Looks like in this case competition is good.  If you take medication daily you could save a lot of money by shopping at Target.
