Yess good prices- BUT when ordering renewals the follow up is very poor. Magazines don’t renew on time even if order sent in well in advance. If you complain BD does answer but usually just a formality – they don’t help.
At times renewals arrive several weeks or issues late, after I purchased missing issues at news stand.
Suggest you avoid Best Deal when renewing

to follow up on last note.
Several additional e-mails with Best Deal. Each time the blame clearinghouse, publisher, computer system.
Order sent Nov 2007 did not get to publisher until late Feb 2008 – 3 months. Publisher got magazine out promptly. However, issues were 2 months behind
Last note from BestDeay cautioned me about posting negative reviews. What is that about??
Wish they would accept responsibility for the delays rather than pass the buck to clearinghouse or publisher.
I had same problem with them about a year ago. At that tiem problem was put on Computer System error. I accepted that and tried again. Strike two and Best Deal is out of my game.
Be real careful when renewing with them.

It’s a great deal for them – they take your money, they never give you subscriptions and they ignore the hell out of you. Renewal, new subscriptions, does not matter. Two years later, I am still BOMBARDED by their spam email and no return of my money nor subscription fulfillment. I’ve lived in my building for 25 years, nothing went wrong on my end. National Geographic and a few others that I got from someplace else show up, but Best Deals Magazines were derailed on their way to me, probably at the order desk. Try to email them, call them, etc. to get resolution on your order and you are ignored. In the spirit of saving money, put yours into your pocket, go to the library to read your mags and do not ever send it over the internet to crooks like this. If you want to make someone rich because you are a philanthropist, go to a charity, give to a church.It will make you feel so much better than giving up your lunch money to an outfit like this. If you want to be ripped off, go to Best Deals Magazines. Read eopinons… tons of unhappy customers have shared the pain.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered 2 magazine subscriptions from them. I received 1 but never received the other. Their stupid website says you have to wait at least 3 months before complaining. They claim that it can take that long for someone to start receiving the magazine. Whatever…..by the time the 3 months were up and still no subscription, I just said forget it. I’ll never order anything from them again.
