Compare TV Electricity Consuption

Cnet.com recently did a comparison of many new popular TVs.  If you recently bought a TV you can see how much it may be costing you in electricity costs.  Plasma TV seem to use the most electricity while LCD TV seem to be the most efficient.

A 60 inch Vizio VM60PHDTV uses the most electricity and cost $160.26 a year to operate.  Cnet.com also offer tips on how to save power on your TV.  If you really want to save power why not throw out your TV.  Here are some other tips on how to slash your tech bills by $1033.40.
