Money Magazine recently released a list of the top 100 best places to live. This list features smaller towns that offer the best economic opportunity, schools, safety, entertainment and community. They also have a list of the top 25 towns with affordable homes, highest percentage of singles, top-earning towns and best job opportunities.
This list did not rate any large cities so you won’t see cities like New York, Seattle, Boston or San Francisco. Is your town the best? Where do you live and why does it kick @ss?

2. Hanover, New Hampshire
3. Louisville, Colorado
4. Lake Mary, Florida
5. Claremont, California

Went thru the list, liked NC. Did some research – Apex and Holly Springs will, at some point, have one of those bypass highways going right thru them. Not mentioned by Money. If you do decide to check out any of these areas, be sure to check everything – new roads, new housing developments, increased taxes because of new housing, etc. You might be in for a big surprise.
