My order number 03190744708101, was in a large box with free sample of GO SMILE, 2 pamplets, one on RAPIDLASH & another one with VISION DIRECT. I did not receive my other free sample or Item I ordered 71733400972. Shipping & handling 5.99 with a TOTAL of 15.59. Personnally packed by CHAN.
Another order was cancelled 03190742176, but still was sent with another free sample of GO SMILE & Pamplets and charged me 5.99 shippin & handling & no items. TOTAL of 9.99. Personnally packed by KAY. What is up with these two orders? Why such a big box with 1 sample in box & no item.
