It looks like you get the magazine free, you won’t be charged. No credit card needed.
You will have to fill out a survey to get the magazine. You should read the privacy policy because I believe they will be able to send you other offers in the mail.

This is deceptive and fraudulent! At the end of the survey you don’t get any Tennis magazine subscription but instead you get bombarded with their crappy industry trade journals and spam sent to your email.
