		<description>Of course the tip is addded to the pre-discounted amount. The server is not the one giving the discount so they deserve a full tip. The reason many feel the need to include a standard 18% tip is they found out how cheap people are and want everyting for nothing  and don&#039;t want the staff working for free because of a promotion the restaurant management does. I give the certificates to clients all the time and they love them. The terms are not fine print but easy to read on the website next to each restaurant offer. If you are too cheap to leave a decent tip then you should stay at home.</description>
