I still need to get into shape, because I am too lazy to go to the gym.  I feel ashamed, when I go to the gym and see all these people in shape.  I still have to try P90X, but am afraid of how sore, I will be the next morning.  Maybe, I should just join 24 Hour Fitness or the YMCA and start living healthy.
