Get a free 7-song Christmas music sampler from Amazon. You’ll need to install their special Amazon downloader software which is also free for both PC and Mac. This is a really nice sampler of classic holiday music from artists such as Frank Sinatra. Burn it onto CD’s for a nice little gift too.

Depending how old you are, you may have heard your parents or grandparents playing these exact versions of these holiday songs. Much as I like contemporary versions too, there’s something about the holidays that makes me want to go old school. For me, it brings back memories of the holidays I would spend at my grandparent’s. They had a beautiful old home, and in their living room was one of those old console stereos with a record player. This sampler has just the kind of songs they would play. I still remember hearing this holiday music accompanied by a delicious slice of Grandma’s homemade pie.
