Cons: Normally with ING Checking, an account is several percentage points behind CITI and HSBC rates. Every now and then, a new product comes along that encourages the kid in all of us to have fun. This is true of the Marshmallow Shooter. A toy gun of sorts, instead of shooting pellets or anything remotely harmful, this product shoots off marshmallows. Fluffy fun, no one can get hurt and the “bullets” actually taste delicious — what could be better than that.

Cons
- Although it is being touted as being as easy to read as reading paper, it is still another computer screen causing your eyes to get bleary after an extended amount of time.
- Most people still enjoy the feel of a paper book between their fingers. This electronic device replaces the traditional book for what essentially amounts to a mini-computer.
- Although there are a large number of books available for Kindle, you still can’t just get any title you want just yet.
- The battery life is fairly long, however, you do still have a somewhat limited time to use the device because at some point, it’s inevitable, the battery will die.
Of course, the only way to know whether a new product is right for you is to try it yourself. You may find that some of the pros and cons work differently for you.

Overall
MagazineAgent.com has found their niche in offering discount magazines, a great user interface and good marketing with their 90 day risk-free trial offers. While, I have seen cheaper magazine subscription elsewhere, they provide a great customer experience that may make paying a little extra worth it.

What I like about MarkDownMom.com
My favorite thing about MarkDownMom.com is that they offer unique content by highlighting restaurants and shops that offer great value. I love when bloggers or websites provides this insider information. Another one of my favorite things about the site is that it has budget recipes. I just read a post on some finger lickin ribs that made my mouth water. I might have to try that recipes. MDM also provide the latest discounts and coupons many mothers could use. These includes brick and mortars stores as well as online stores like Macy’s, Fashion Bug, Marshalls and Wal-Mart.
What I didn’t like about MarkDownMom.com
I was not too impressed with the layout of the site. I think it can be improved quite a bit. For example the site has more than 25 tags or categories which are not in alphabetical order. I can’t imagine someone finding what they are looking for easily using that layout. This is not really a big issues though and can easily be improved.
Overall the site does show a lot of promise, because caters towards budget minded moms is a very large niche. Again, I love the posts on unique restaurants and shops. Any mothers out there might want to check this blog out.

WhoGets.com is a continuous online sweepstakes website with a twist. Instead of them picking who gets to win, you actually get to decide. Sounds funny but it is true, you could call this "online sweepstakes 2.0". WhoGets.com describes themselves at fun, new and cool with no catch for members (Free and No Spam).
How does it work?
WhoGets.com constantly puts giveaways on it site like books, mp3 players, video games and electronics. To be able to win you must register then submit an entry for each prize. Once you enter you may be one of seven randomly selected to be in the semi-final pool where the seven selected finalist will be required to tell why they should win. Other members will then vote for who they think should win the prize based upon those answers.
I noticed that many people that make it to the finals put in some interesting reasons why they should win. Many people use the pity technique stating that they have no money or that it is for a relative who really wants the product. It almost turns in to a begging contest.
How the heck do they make money?
WhoGets.com makes money because many of the prizes are sponsored by online retailers. They are also able to get a lot of site traffic because of their giveaways. From this traffic they can make money through site advertising.
Overall
WhoGets.com puts an interesting spin on sweepstakes contests. Since the site is new you might have a good chance of actually winning a prize. While this site is different, your odds of actually wining a prize does not really change. You still have to be randomly selected to win a prize. Call me lazy but having to submit why you want to win a prize just adds one more thing you must do to win the prize. Still if you like online sweepstakes site you can add this one to your list.

Is there such thing as Secret Amazon Deals? Well, the site SecretAmazonDeals.com tries to find the latest deals from Amazon.com that most people don’t know about. It is a fairly new shopping blog that was started March of this year but seems to be growing in traffic.
What I like
SecretAmazonDeals.com does a good job in finding deep discount items at Amazon. You could end up buying a lot of things even if you don’t need it because because some items are so cheap. Many of their deals feature discounts of up to 80%. Plus the great thing about Amazon.com is it offers free shipping on many items.
AmazonSecretDeals.com also has a newsletter that they mail out weekly that features the weeks best deals at Amazon. This makes it easy for anyone that doesn’t want to miss a good deal at Amazon.
What I don’t like
I think this site could probably do a better job designing the website to be more aesthetically pleasing. The Amazon deals that they find are good but not as diverse as I would like. When I search for deals on Amazon.com I usually just go to the Amazon.com Deals or Top Sellers page. Also, many times when things are discounted there usually is a reason.
Overall
This site fills the niche for anyone that really enjoys finding a bargain at Amazon. Since it is a fairly new site I expect it to improve the content as well as the site design. If you enjoy finding deep discount deals and love Amazon.com you should check it out.

I get a lot of the deals and freebies I post from many of my favorite deal forums. Surfing through all those forums does take quite a bit of time though, especially when you’re trying to weed out the crap from the good stuff. What the heck does Dealighted.com do?
Dealighted.com aggregates most of of the popular deal forums and allows you to view the most popular forum threads. I’m not exactly sure how many forums it aggregates but I believe it sorts through around 650 posts and gathers the most popular (around 125) daily.
Dealighted Saves You Time and Money
I really like what Dealighted has done by allowing you to sort though just the most popular forum treads in one place. No more jumping from one forum to another. When popular deals are identified they are quickly put on the homepage. The site is aggregated using a "spider" or software so it is very efficient in finding many deals. Software aggregating has its advantages and disadvantages, while software can find the most deals very quickly, human sorting can usually find more relevant and quality deals. Still, if your looking for a good mix of quality and quantity deal threads Dealighted.com does this well.
Search For Lowest Product Prices
Dealighted also has a search engine that helps you find some of the lowest prices on particular products. I just did a search for "ipod" and got huge list of stores and price comparisons. You can also search through all the deal forum treads which is extremely useful if you want to find even more deals. I really like being able to search through all of the different forum threads, this will be a time saver for me.
A Mash Hit
Overall I like Dealighted.com’s unique concept of mashing up most of my favorite deal forums. Again, this is can be a time saving site especially for forum addicts. I’m sure they will be adding more features and even more forums to their repertoire in the near future.
