Hip retailer Urban Outfitters is offering a free collection of indie/alternative music to download.  They call it Lstn #3.  Artists include: Fever Ray, Telepathe, Faunts, Rainbow Arabia, Loney Dear, Thieves Like Us, Woolfy, Miike Snow, Blk Jks, Golden Boots, Black Lips, Cotton Jones, Mike Bones, Vetiver, Mt. St. Helens Vietnam Band, Handsome Furs, Deastro, Electric Owls.  Polly Scattergood, Other Lives, Mayer Hawthorne. 

I especially like the ’80’s-style pop-y goodness of "Airport Surroundings" by Loney Dear.   Though I’m a music junkie, I admit I hadn’t heard of most of these artists.  But I liked the samples I heard, and it’s free, so why not expand your listening horizons?
