I better take advantage of this freebie, because it’s my chance to get into shape. I know lots of people that are members and they enjoy working out. I still haven’t started the P90X program that my cousin got for me. I don’t know if I could get out of bed the next morning, if I do those hard workouts.

Bally seems like a good place to try out if you aren’t in top physical shape like me. I am in a round shape. They aren’t open 24 hours like 24 Hour Fitness, but open at least 12 hours a day, that you could go after work or dinner. I don’t think I could go to the gym at 2am.

I personally did the Body Challenge in 2007, af ter a friend told me about it, and it worked great for me. They had a big event at my local Bally’s where all the participants weighed in and had their body fat measured, and we received fitness diaries to record our progress. I lost some weight and decided I like the club enough to join for a regular membership. They didn’t pressure me at all. So if you want to get fit, it’s worth trying out. If you decide you don’t like it, you haven’t spent a dime.
