All Wegman’s stores are celebrating Earth Day a little late – on Saturday April 25th, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bring a tightly packed bag of plastic bags to the event and receive a free Wegmans Reusable Shopping Bag.
Along with picking up your free shopping bag, you can sample organic fruit and veggies and visit educational stations throughout the store to learn more about what Wegman’s does to help save the environment. A Wegman’s opened up in my area fairly recently, and I’m pretty amazed at their selection, especially the produce.

Walgreens is celebrating Earth day by giving us a little incentive to pick up the things we need and giving us a discount. With this printable coupon you can take advantage of 15% off your entire purchase, plus 20% off any Walgreens ‘W’ brand products as well as a free ‘green’ reusable tote bonus to your in store purchase. Certain items are not eligible for the discount, read the fine print on the coupon.

Free Disney Reusable Water Bottle
On April 22, 2009, Disney Store locations nationwide will host a plastic bottle recycling program called “Recycling is Magic.” To help educate children on the benefits of recycling, Disney Store is inviting everyone to bring in empty plastic bottles and toss them into a unique recycling bin. On April 22, while supplies last, guests can exchange three empty bottles for a free commemorative Earth Day reusable water bottle, an approximate value of $8.50.
