Free Shipping Day
Today, Thursday the 18th is Free Shipping day for over 200 on-line retailers. Mainstream retailers such as Macy’s, Kohl’s, Kmart, Toys R Us, Walmart and some not so mainstream that I’m excited to discover Scrap Your Trip, Mrs. Beasley’s, Old Pueblo Traders, the list goes on and on. If you’ve been waiting to buy on-line for retailers to bend even more on deals and shipping, this is the day! There may be minimum purchase requirements, minimum shipping requirements and/or a shipping code needed upon check out to get in on this savings. This is company specific so check first. The sites that I looked at have been very up front with requirements and codes if any.

Sears has some fantastic clearance prices on its well-respected Craftsman tools and companion tools. Is that a Mother’s Day gift? Well, maybe if you have a handy type of mom. Otherwise, you could get a jump on Father’s Day – or treat yourself.

Note the cheaper tools are Sears companion tools, which means they are lower quality tools which for most people is fine. If you use tools often I recommend getting the quality Craftsman brand.

I love my craftman tools from Sears. Since Kmart bought Sears, I see their tools at Kmart as well. They are better made than any other tools, I have owned before. I heard their guarantee on craftman tools is better than costco return policy. It’s worth the money to invest in good tools.
