Get a printable all-day savings pass to get an extra 15% off most of your home and clothing purchases at Macy’s this weekend (it’s an extra 10% off certain clothing items). That’s on top of their clearance prices which are a 40-85% savings storewide. There are some exclusions such as cosmetics, fragrances, rugs, china and some other things
Mid-summer is always the best time to make a trip to a big department store such as Macy’s. The prices are the lowest of the year and the stores are not crowded. It’s a great time to stock up or to start your back-to-school shopping. Even though the clearance items are mostly summer clothes, I’ve seen many things that would be suitable all year round, such as cotton shirts. Or just buy summer items and enjoy them now.

Macy’s After Christmas Sale
Look for your Macy’s mailer inside are two valuable coupons good the first two days after Christmas. One coupon is good for $10 off with your purchase of $25 or more valid on regular, sale and clearance priced merchandise. The usual Macy’s restrictions apply, hands off cosmetics, fragrance, fine jewelry, accessories, etc. etc., check your coupon first before you get too excited. The next is 20% off regular, sale and clearance priced merchandise. Again, Macy’s restrictions apply, check the coupon. This one can be used as many times as you like. I’ve used multiple coupons for a single purchase at Macy’s with ease.
If there was an item of clothing, etc. that you’ve had your eye one, just think of the ‘normal’ after Christmas sale, on top of that you get to use a money saving coupon. If you do not receive the Macy’s circular, check back on their website, they do make these coupons printable to everyone available on their website. Viva La Macy’s!

Free Shipping Day
Today, Thursday the 18th is Free Shipping day for over 200 on-line retailers. Mainstream retailers such as Macy’s, Kohl’s, Kmart, Toys R Us, Walmart and some not so mainstream that I’m excited to discover Scrap Your Trip, Mrs. Beasley’s, Old Pueblo Traders, the list goes on and on. If you’ve been waiting to buy on-line for retailers to bend even more on deals and shipping, this is the day! There may be minimum purchase requirements, minimum shipping requirements and/or a shipping code needed upon check out to get in on this savings. This is company specific so check first. The sites that I looked at have been very up front with requirements and codes if any.

My daughter is a fan of Japanese cartoons and charactures. This line appeals to her already growing tween line of perfumes. I already spied this gift at Macy’s for her for Christmas. Now she’ll have a sample to try out before I spend close to a hundred bucks for a perfume set she may or may not like!

I can’t wait to get my CK one Deodorant and Eau de Toilette. Usually at Macy’s, it would cost me over $60 for both. But with the discount, it would only cost $46.80 instead of $58.50. I will do some of my christmas shopping now, so I don’t have to worry about buying presents during the busy holiday season.
