Get a free sample of Kashi mountain medley granola.  Kashi granola contains 7 whole grains that have protein, fiber and complex carbohydrates.  They try to keep their food as natural as possible.  Each granola serving has 300 mg of Omega-3. 

This is great snack for me to enjoy.  It’s healthy and doesn’t have refined sugars, perservatives and artificial additives.  I am still trying to lose weight and this will help, when I get hungry late at night.  It’s better than me driving to Jack in the Box and eating a Sourdough Jack, my favorite sandwich.
