I can wait to eat a DQ Blizzard, because I haven’t eaten one in years. I think it’s better than a McFlurry from McDonalds, but DQ isn’t open 24 hours. I even miss the chocolated dipped cones and soft serve cones. What is your favorite frozen dessert? In Hawaii, everyone enjoys Shave Ice. Which is ice shaved like snow and flavored syrup on top. My favorite place is Ice Garden in Aiea. You can add mochi balls, ice cream, condensed milk to sweeten it a little.

Free Cold Stone Sample
Cold Stone Creamery will hold its 7th Annual World’s Largest Ice Cream Social where they will give away a free 3 oz. ice cream serving to each customer from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 25. You can choose from two special flavors developed by two children, Emily, and Jack, who have benefited from the Make-A-Wish foundation, an organization that grants special wishes to seriously ill children.
