Get a free sample of Quaker Dark Chocolate Raspberry Almond True Delights.  This bar has 140 calories,2 grams of Protein, 3 grams of Dietary Fiber and 4.5 grams of fat.  They also make 2 other True Delight flavors: Toasted Coconut Banana Macadamia Nut and Honey Roasted Mixed Berry. 

I think this might be okay for me to snack on, while I am on my diet.  It’s free so I shall give it a try.  It’s better than eating a whole pint of my favorite ice cream, Ben & Jerry’s Chocolate Fudge Brownie in one sitting.  I think the Honey Roasted Mixed Berry sounds interesting and probably healthier than ice cream.
