If there’s one thing I like better than music, it’s FREE music.  You might know that the iTunes store posts a couple of free songs every week (on Tuesdays).   Well, it looks like Wal-Mart will not be outdone.  They’re offering a free song every week too.  This week is an offering perfect for Valentine’s Day, the classic "How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You) by Marvin Gaye.

I was happy to discover Wal-Mart’s free downloads and I see that they are now in mp3 format and fully compatible with iPods.  I think the Wal-Mart songs were in Windows format before, so they were unusable to Mac owners like me.  Now the songs are both Windows and Mac-friendly, and can be imported into iTunes or Windows Media Player.
